When You Participate in MACG’s Actions

We ask for your name, address, email address, and contact numbers when you participate in MACG actions. We use such information to keep you updated on current issues and actions that may interest you by sending you the weekly digest and newsletter. We also share your name, contact number and email with the key leaders who oversee the issues/working groups that you indicated interest in when you signed your next step card, so that they may contact you and inform you of the progress or opportunities for action in the group. We keep your donation history confidential. Any information sent to key leaders comes with expressly stated conditions not to distribute or use information for purposes other than MACG related ones.

We store all information in a secure database (Salesforce), including but not limited to your history of donation (amount, date, payments types), assemblies, institutes and retreats attended, working groups and actions that you joined, and tasks that you undertook as part of MACG’s broad-base of leaders (i.e. Reflection Group Leader, teacher, logistics organizer, etc.)
