MACG core teams are 6-8 leaders who represent the breadth of their organization and are committed to its larger mission. Together, they work to develop/strengthen an organizing culture within their institution, engaging members around their interests in carrying out the mission of the organization – for itself and for the world - in a way that is relational, reflective, and action-oriented.

This training isr those on core teams, and those who want to build core teams.  The curriculum will cover: 

• What is the role of the core team?  
• How do they identify leaders?  
• How do they lead internal campaigns? 
• How do they liaise with MACG action teams?
