Tonight 22 leaders gathered to begin discerning how the stories we heard during our 2025 Listening Season will move us into action!

After sharing stories heard during the listening season, two clear problem areas emerged: healthcare access and immigrant safety. We now have 

Two new research action teams!

• The Healthcare Team is researching two issue areas: the Medicaid income cap and the primary care provider shortage.
• The Immigrant Response Team is identifying ways the larger community in Portland can show up for and support our immigrant neighbors. (This is a bilingual Spanish/English team.)
